Kate Hudson is a brave soul. Not because she’s spending the beginning of the New Year posting about her weight. But because we are not really in a place in society where a famous, thin person complaining they aren’t thin enough is going to go over well. But Kate Hudson went for it and admitted in her Instagram Stories that she’s not “impressed” with being 136 pounds.
So Us Weekly says that like pretty much everyone alive, 40-year-old Kate Hudson, stuffed her guts during the holidays and now she’s off her goal weight:
“It’s January 2, 2020. I got on the scale. I wasn’t impressed. But that’s OK because I know how to do this, know what I mean? I was thinking that I know how much everybody likes following people’s routines so I thought that I would… simply show you what I do just to stay on track.”
She then went through her routine of exercise and juicing. She posted again, saying her ideal weight is 125 and her current weight was 136. I mean… I know girls and gays who would get angry hearing those numbers:
She also posted about her food, sharing her lunch of sweet potatoes with “shrimp with sherry vinegar and garlic.” Then she worked out, which is a trampoline jumping-type workout called “rebounding” which she does for she says 30 minutes, but like I didn’t watch her; it could have been less.
Back in April she was also posting about her alleged weight journey, posting some post-baby fitness health on Instagram, looking like a person who is thinner and fitter than 90% of the human population even though she wasn’t “done yet!”:

So clearly she’s taking her Weight Watchers brand ambassadorship and Fabletics
scam tips all the way to the maximum. Can’t wait to see how the internet takes this. Hopefully they have more important things to worry about this weekend and this slides under the radar. Although watch out for Jameela Jamil to call attention since she loves getting angry about diet-related topics!
