From Brad Pitt skipping the red carpet to Billy Porter hanging with Marilyn Manson, we go inside the biggest party of the night. Angelina Jolie’s revamping her career and celebrities are still getting terrible tattoos.
Brad was the most popular person at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party
For Brad Pitt, being so devastatingly popular definitely has its drawbacks. Even at the starry Vanity Fair Oscar party, the actor was surrounded by so many A-list well-wishers, he had to beat a hasty retreat.
Pitt was one of the very few big names who did not walk the red carpet at the wall-to-wall A-list big-name bash late on Sunday. Only he, Al Pacino, Jeff Bezos and fiancée Lauren Sanchez sought fit to sneak in the side door.
But once inside the party, Pitt was the hero of the hour, the beloved actor’s actor, Hollywood manhood’s answer to Meryl Streep.
What’s next for Angelina
While Brad Pitt was the toast of awards season — winning his first Oscar Sunday night for his supporting role in “Once Upon a Time in . . . Hollywood” — his ex, Angelina Jolie, has been planning to step out in an even higher-profile capacity as an advocate for humanitarian causes.
Jolie just signed with WME following stints with rival agencies CAA and UTA. Sources say Jolie’s plan is to create more documentaries, books and other initiatives around the projects she cares about, including protecting refugees and education for kids in conflict zones.
Amber Rose debuts huge face tattoo dedicated to sons Sebastian and Slash
Amber Rose got a permanent tribute to her children — on her face.
The model, 36, debuted a huge forehead tattoo with “Bash” and “Slash,” the names of her two children, written in cursive.
Rose shares 7-year-old son Sebastian Taylor Thomaz — who goes by Bash — with ex-husband Wiz Khalifa; she just welcomed her new baby, Slash Electric Alexander Edwards, with boyfriend Alexander “AE” Edwards in October.
Presley Gerber responds to backlash over ‘misunderstood’ face tattoo
Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber‘s son, 20, went to celebrity tattoo artist JonBoy to get the word “misunderstood” permanently inked on his right cheek — and there were plenty of critics of both the placement and the message.
“Are face tats becoming an in’ thing? Sweet Jesus. The only thing misunderstood is that tattoo. You just ruined your canvas,” one person commented on his Instagram post revealing the new tattoo. “Are you really that misunderstood? Having all the money at your disposal is never a good thing in life. You must be so bored,” another wrote. A third compared him to Jared Leto’s “Suicide Squad” Joker, and plenty more wondered what Crawford might think of the ink.
