Donald Trump's Personal Housekeepers Told the Washington Post Bizarre Stories about Testing His Make-up and Laying Out His Tic-Tacs

It has been one year since Sandra Diaz and Victorina Morales, two immigrants who worked in housekeeping for Trump Organization properties came forward with their stories of being illegally employed by President Trump.

The two women told The Washington Post their accounts of working, while undocumented, as President Donald Trump’s maids- including a host of strange details about the personal habits of the man who hired them even amid his vendetta against illegal immigrants waged on.

Diaz and Morales said they had finally decided to speak publicly because they felt the President deserved to be exposed for his hypocrisy. He knowingly hired undocumented immigrants while carrying out horrific anti-immigration policies.

During their accounts, they gave some insight into the Commander in Chief’s personal routine as well. For example, according to the women, Trump DEMANDED that housekeeping set out two full containers and one half full container of Tic Tacs in his bedroom. Tic Tacs? Ok. But that’s just the beginning.

The women also recalled Trump’s makeup routine. Yes, makeup routine. They said he liked Bronx Colors makeup from Switzerland and demanded that the makeup was set out exactly the way the Tic Tacs were- two full containers and one half full container.

Diaz told the Post she used to have to check the freshness of Trump’s liquid foundation by testing a drop of it on her hand. She also said that it was up to herself and the other housekeepers to replace Trump’s shirts when they would inevitably get stained collars from the makeup.

Even more bizarre, the women said that Trump preferred Irish Spring soap, which in itself isn’t strange, but the fact that they were never allowed to throw away tiny slivers of the soap until HE said it was time to discard them? That MIGHT be considered weird…

It wasn’t all bad, however, according to the two housekeepers. They said there had been moments of kindness exhibited by Trump. Morales told of how he once helped clean a window when she was too short to reach the top of it.

Stephanie Grisham, White House press secretary, told the Post that the anecdotes brought up by the women were false but offered little details otherwise.

Grisham said, “The assertions made for this story are not only false, they are a disgusting attempt at invading the privacy of the First Family. This is not journalism — it is fabricated tabloid trash.”

The Post updated the story and reported that in the last 12 months, there have been “at least 18 firings at five golf courses in New York and New Jersey… At Bedminster, former workers estimate that 30 to 40 more undocumented employees were not asked back this spring.”
