People who work for Presidential campaigns can sometimes get semi-famous themselves. This is certainly true for Donald Trump’s campaign manager Brad Parscale. Parscale makes regular appearances on cable news and his active Twitter account has over 600,000 followers.
Not only has Parscale become famous thanks to his association with the President, he has also become quite wealthy. In a new ad from Rick Wilson and George Conway’s Lincoln Project, Trump is mocked for letting his campaign manager get rich at his expense.
The ad begins with a voiceover saying, “Brad is getting rich. How rich? Really rich.”
The voice continues, “Don’t tell Donald — he’d wonder how Brad can afford so much. A $2.4 million waterfront house in Fort Lauderdale. Two Florida condos worth almost $1 million each. He even has his very own yacht, a gorgeous Ferrari, a sleek Range Rover.”
Just how much money Parscale has made in his role in unknown, but according to a recent report from Mother Jones:
“The pro-Trump America First Action PAC have poured about $35 million into Parscale Strategy. It’s unclear how much of that money goes to Parscale Digital and Data Propria back in San Antonio. But in Securities and Exchange Commission filings, CloudCommerce said Parscale Strategy was Parscale Digital’s “largest customer,” bringing in more than $2.5 million in just the first nine months of 2018.”
