What’s wrong with counting them until they’re all counted???
I don’t understand why it isn’t longer. The electors don’t meet until mid December and the new Congress isn’t seated until January. Three weeks should be the minimum. Of course they can call the election before that and they usually do.
Jeez all these people blowing up about NOT expediting the Pennsylvania ruling. My view is that it kinda defaults to Pennsylvania keeping that extension if it is what voters are told. And now, this. Even in Bush v Gore the supreme court sided with arguments counting MORE votes, not less. They just couldn’t finish counting votes before the electoral college would meet.
SC after 9 days: loljk those ballots are invalid
