    Writer treats the assault on the Constitution as a legitimate move, by supporters of loser,

    when there is no evidence of the voter fraud claimed as justification for the attack.

    It looks like a last chance to deliver it to the Supreme Court, somehow?

    Challenging what the Constitution means regarding the VP actual role.
