Woman’s hen do table dance goes very, very wrong

You know how it is – you’re with your friends, you’re feeling yourself, and you decide why not break out your best moves for the huns.

Unfortunately, one woman’s valiant dancing efforts were captured going truly, madly, deeply wrong at an Airbnb.

A video shared on Twitter shows her dancing on all fours to Dirrty by Christina Aguilera on a table in a white jumpsuit.

Her moves are looking great until she whips her hair back and her head collides with a hanging mirrored light fixture.

The circular fixture promptly shatters, and the clip ends after five seconds as the woman, appearing mercifully unharmed, freezes with her hand covering her mouth.

The video was shared by DJ Wayne David, who says he was first shown the clip by a member of the hen party.

The caption reads: ‘A girl from a hen party who came to drag brunch today showed us this video from their air bnb last night and I’ve watched it 763,876 times and I am deceased deceased deceased’ [sic].

At the time of writing, the clip has been viewed an impressive 2.4million times.

However, the woman’s story might not end here, as there’s a chance she could be billed for the light by the owners of the Airbnb.

It’s thought that the fixture could be a large Tom Dixon Mirror Ball Pendant Light, which is currently being sold on John Lewis for a tidy £560.

While there are no rules set in stone when it comes to guests breaking things, the Airbnb website states that the property owner and the renter should come to an agreement on whether damages should be paid from the security deposit.

It reads: ‘If your guest agrees to the amount you requested, we’ll release your payout in five to seven business days.

‘If your guest declines or doesn’t respond within 72 hours, click contact us about your Resolution Centre case.

‘If we need more information about the damaged or missing items, you’ll have 72 hours to provide it.

‘We’ll make sure you and your guest are represented fairly, and if we determine you’re owed money, we’ll send it to you in a separate payout.’
