Bray Wyatt is poised for an epic comeback this week but he’s keeping fans guessing.

The former WWE superstar – who last appeared on screen the night after WrestleMania 27 back in April – was released from the company at the end of July, and his noncompete clause is set to expire on Friday (October 29).

While Wyatt, whose real name is Windham Rotunda, has kept things as suitably cryptic as ever, he has dropped a big hint by drawing attention to him being able to work for other wrestling promotions this week.

He simply tweeted: ‘2 more days (sic)’

He also revealed plans to ‘create’ and admitted he has been inspired by his brother Taylor Rotunda – better known to WWE fans at Bo Dallas – as he makes his own moves away from the company following his own release.

Taylor will be at the WrestleCade Revenge convention next month, having previously confirmed he is ‘1000% not done’ in the ring, but he is rediscovering his passion for the business.

At the moment, he’s most active with his food YouTube channel, which launched this month and already sees him making cast iron chicken, Spanish rice and a Halloween cocktail.

Bray shared his sibling’s Q&A video, and added: ‘It makes me happy to see my brother do something that makes him happy. He inspires me to create. And create I shall.’

It’ll be fascinating to see where the two brothers go from here.

Bray has kept people guessing, and alongside a photo of himself as The Fiend at WrestleMania 37 earlier this year, he recently wrote: ‘Don’t worry…. I’ll feed ya baby birds. #KultOfWindham’

His fans have been calling themselves the Kult of Windham for a while now, but one potentially interesting connection is the reference to birds.

Early in his WWE run – when he was still under the cult leader guise at the head of the Wyatt Family – he would frequently urge his followers to ‘follow the buzzards’.
