GAME is advertising up to 50% off in its Black Friday sale, including one of the best Nintendo Switch bundles and Alan Wake for £18.

As the last dedicated video game chain in the UK you’d expect GAME to pull out all the stops for Black Friday, but so far it’s been kind of disappointing.

There are some decent discounts, but most of the deals aren’t quite as good as rival retailers, with everything generally being a few pounds more expensive.

One of the few exceptions is the joint best, with Argos, Nintendo Switch bundle, which comes with Mario Kart 8 and three months of Nintendo Switch Online subscription.

GAME also has a few lower profile games at a temptingly low price, including Nioh 2 and Kingdom of Amular: Re-Reckoning, plus the cheapest price yet for last year’s The Last Of Us Part 2.

Their other deals aren’t too much to get excited about, but since it’s not Black Friday yet there’s every hope that they’ll add more as the week goes on.
