Civility Obsessed Dan Crenshaw Got in a Twitter Spat With a User Named Catturd

Dan Crenshaw likes to present himself as the avatar of civility within the House of Representatives. The Texas Rep. also enjoys getting in Twitter feuds with pretty much anyone and everyone.

NATIONAL HARBOR, MARYLAND – FEBRUARY 26: U.S. Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) speaks on “The Fate of Our Culture and Our Nation Hangs in the Balance” during the CPAC Direct Action Training at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center February 26, 2020 in National Harbor, Maryland. Crenshaw’s latest spat occurred on Sunday. This time he argued with notorious Conservative Twitter troll Catturd. Catturd was responding to a tweet from Marjorie Taylor Greene. The message from the Georgia congresswoman is likely the one that earned her a permanent site ban.

Greene wrote in regards to comments from Crenshaw, “No FEMA should not set up testing sites to check for Omicron sneezes, coughs, and runny noses. And we don’t need FEMA in hospitals, they should hire back all the unvaccinated HCW they fired. Stop calling yourself conservative, you’re hurting our brand.”

Catturd responded, “Rino Crenshaw is one of the dumbest people in Congress. He must be voted out.”

Amazingly, Crenshaw felt the need to respond, writing, “If suggesting we should follow Trump policy instead of Biden mandates makes you mad, then you might be a Democrat – or just an idiot.”
