Since the 2020 election was called for Joe Biden, Donald Trump and his sycophants have spread what has been called ‘the Big Lie’ — the false claim that there was widespread election fraud that changed the outcome. Now, more than half a year later, they’re still holding onto believers with constant promises that something big is coming — always promised just a few weeks away. Spoiler: it never does.
Even while in office, Donald Trump’s promise of healthcare legislation to replace the Affordable Care Act “in two weeks” became a meme and object of mockery, as it never came. Starting during the campaign, he offered promises that his tax documents would be released at some point in the future. That never came either (although a court decision did give them to Federal investigators).
Now it’s the election. Over and over, Trump’s fans were told that the next election case would make it to the Supreme Court, even as attorneys admitted in courts that those cases had no bearing on the outcome of the election. The audit in Arizona has turned up nothing of substance. Still, here’s Michael Flynn assuring anyone who will listen that audits for more states — Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Georgia — are coming “in the next three to four weeks.”

“I’m telling you, next three to four weeks, I think we’re going to start seeing a lot of truth.”
To date, court after court that Trump’s team claimed would uphold their claims has thrown them out, the Supreme Court has not accepted the cases that attorneys said would be picked up, and promises of forthcoming ‘evidence’ have not been fulfilled. However, the Trump Campaign continues to send fundraisers, and the promises keep coming.
